Traveling: We request that airfare (coach class) and luggage fees to be provided by the host of the event. Do you agree to this?

Lodging / Food: We request that a hotel room or lodge be provided for Chris. The host would also be responsible for all meals for Chris from the time he would arrive until the time of departure. Do you agree to this?

Honorarium: Part of Chris' signature is that he has refused to “set a minimum honorarium.” He has never made speaking decisions based on “how large the honorarium would be” but please take into consideration that this is his full-time ministry.Thus, can you give us a pretty clear picture of the honorarium that he might expect from your event on top of travel and lodging?
